Hey there, sunshine. Thankyou so much for browsing my shop! It means so much to me and brings us so much happiness. Here are a few T's and C's to read before purchasing from our shop. Thankyou again. xx.

All prices are in $AUD (Australian dollars)

SHIPPING:

*Emails may be under 'lilgardenwitch', this was my shops previous name. It is still me and my business.

I POST WORLDWIDE, using Australia Post. If your country is not available at checkout please message me. I’m willing to assist you all in any and every way I can! My email is [email protected] or contact me via the website 'Contact' page.

Postage prices and postage times will vary due to your location and size of your order. I do not control the price of postage, I’m sorry for any inconvenience of shipping prices.

Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for Australian orders to arrive.

Please allow up to 6-12 weeks for International orders to arrive

Please make sure all of your information (address, name, email, etc) is entered correctly when ordering items.

- Public holidays will effect shipping times.

If you are wishing to purchase multiple items together, please purchase them all in one order. Items purchased in separate orders will be posted separately.

You will receive an email notifying you that I have received your order, and that it is being processed. Please make sure you enter your email in correctly.

Once your item is posted, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can follow through yourself with where your parcel is. You can enter it in on the Australia Post website linked below.

Please be responsible with your tracking number as it is up to you to follow through with.

If you have not received an email order confirmation after 4 days please contact me.

If you have not received your tracking number after 5 days please contact me and I will assist you, and/or let you know the progress of your order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. And any extra bills that may occur.

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels, once it is scanned and taken by the post office it is out of my hands.

- If your order does not arrive after the maximum wait time please contact me asap!

Afterpay is not available on Bigcartel. Paypal and card payments are available for you to use.

Orders are shipped out as fast as I can get them, please allow 5-7 working business days for your item to be shipped as I am one person doing it all. Your patience is greatly appreciated. x

SIZING

Please refer to this page and chart when choosing your ring. Attached is a chart for sizing information. Rings are created using USA sizing.

The Circumference is the measurement used, please see instructions below on how to measure your finger if you are unsure of your size.

If you need assistance with finding your ring size please contact me via email, Facebook, or Instagram dm and I will happily assist you!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your product was broken from postage/shipping (it was broken when you took it out of the package) please let me know asap and we can discuss further what you would like to happen regarding refunds or remake of your item.

If you are posting the item back for a refund you will need to have it posted back on its way to me within 20 days of receiving it and have contacted me within 48 hours of discovering the broken item with a full description/photos of the item.

No refunds will be given until I receive the item back.

All jewellery pieces are dress jewellery, meaning you should not wear them in the water, the shower, or while sleeping. If they become discoloured by wear there is nothing I can do about it, and if it breaks from wear and tear there is also nothing I can do about it. I will not be issuing returns or refunds over this. I will however assist you in fixing them via email if you wish.

I do not accept returns or give refunds for :

- sale items

- change of mind

GENERAL

All items are sold as is. Props in the product photos are not for sale, unless addressed differently in the description and name. Everything is sold as is.

All jewellery is handmade by me. It is stated in the item description that it is fragile and must be worn with care. It is stated not to wear your jewellery in the water or while sleeping, any discolouration or breakage due to those circumstances are at the wearers expense.
